Guys, I'm so upset with my camera…somehow, when I was trying to import my photos from my camera to my computer, they were all deleted!!! Crapola! I had the photos from my hubby's "surprise" this past weekend, including a steak dinner I cooked and a slew of photos of a fabulous cake I made from the Giada recipe Hazelnut Crunch Cake with Mascarpone and Chocolate
If you decide to try the cake out, read the reviews first – they have some good tips, like how you should whip the cream before adding the other ingredients and how you shouldn't whip the icing too much or it will separate.
Anywho, it's not the end of the world, but I'm very disappointed with my camera right now and so frustrated they were there one second and gone the next. Ok, enough whining…I'm off to bed. Gnight! :).
