After a hard day of work, I usually eat standing up in the kitchen. Like a wrap or a salad or bean dip on crisp bread. Not a good habit, I know. OR I'll use ziploc steambags and steam some fish and asparagus or something!

Hmm, to answer the question you posed, after a long hard day, my first instinct is to get take-out. But, if that's not in the budget, I either put together a salad with lots of things in it (tomatoes, celery, carrots, red beans, (tuna or grilled chicken), cold green beans, cucumbers (whatever I have in the house) and we eat that with some garlic bread, OR if I simply have to cook, it's some turkey cheese burgers on my George Forman grill - fast, easy and quick to clean up.
