It was so good! My family loved it and it was delicious! I used egg whites and I omitted the mustard (didn't have any!!). I blended the spinach in the VitaMix to make it finer, I didn't want HUGE chunks of spinach. I also added goat cheese on top, it was so good. Thank you! Your recipes rock! That strata looks delish!

Great recipe and will be making it next Sunday- my favorite sunday activity is sleeping in, having a light breakfast with coffee, heading for my workout and then out to brunch after with my work friends- it’s nice that we get together once a week since we rarely see eachother any other time-
