As I said this morning, Bailey had a play date this afternoon with a cute bulldog named Layla.

They ran all around our friend’s yard.

Bailey found one of Layla’s toys…

…and played keep-away.

I even got in on the play action for a bit. Fetch!

I went inside with the boys to watch basketball. There were games on almost all day! Does anyone else’s SO love to watch basketball? I think we won’t see much of them for the next month!

Bailey did not like being stuck outside. He’s an inside-doggie!

We got some pizza to eat with the games.

I got a caprese salad for some veggies.

I had three pieces of cheese pizza. So good! I love pizza!

What are your favorite pizza toppings?

Project Hydrate Day #6

So, after posting last night, I ended up having another glass or two of water, so I guess I made my goal for Friday. Yay!

So, besides WFH making my Project Hydrate goals more challenging, the weekends are also quite difficult. To try to ensure I got enough water, I made sure to fill up one of my water bottles to take with me whilst running errands earlier today. I think I got more water than normal, but still not enough.

Consumed:

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 hot tea (not blogged b/c I forgot to take a photo!)
  • 1 veggie juice

Not too shabby, but I could do better.

Do you have an easier or more difficult time with hydration on the weekends?

WOW – What a ROCKIN dress!!! AND BOOTS! HOT!
Both pups looked like they had a great time playing =)
And as far as pizza, I am ALL veggie! Black olive, red bell pepper, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, yellow onion and fresh basil – yum!

I have a MUCH more difficult time with hydration on the weekends. Something about sleeping in a little bit (when I can). It’s ironic, because I actually work out harder on my own on the weekends, so I should be drinking more…

Yes, I have a really hard time on the weekends. yesterday, I probably drank less than half of what I wanted to. I think I am just going to fill up my bottles just like I do during the week and see how that goes.

Looks like the doggies had a great afternoon! That pizza looks amazing – the crust looks so thin!

I agree that it is harder to drink water on weekends – I usually spend the weekends running errands or doing things whereas during the week I spend a lot of time at my desk. I try to bring a water bottle with me when I go on errands, but oftentime forget!

I love the new look of your blog! And, you look beautiful in these photos with Bailey and Layla. Seriously, these looked like a professional photo layout (a la the celeb photo layout you always see at the back of Instyle magazine of the celeb at home). The hair, dress, boots, everything – AMAZING!

I think I am in love with your fabulous brown boots… I was trying hard to focus on the what you were writing but kept looking at those amazing boots!! haha… your dog is pretty cute too! I have been wanting a puppy for quite sometime now.

My favorite pizza is margherita.. simplicity is my favorite as long as it’s a nice thin doughy crust.

I love that dress! Too cute.

I like veggies on my pizza. Spinach and mushrooms are my favorite :-)
