I make vegan egg salad with tofu. We marinate, bake and fry tofu. I also use silken tofu to make my cheesecake, and maple syrup custard. I use the choclate silken tofu to make choclate mousse. We use tofu at least 3 times a week.

My favorite way to use tofu is stir-fried in spicy orange sauce w/ veggies. I use the “stir-fried shrimp in spicy orange sauce” recipe from Cooking Light, but replace the shrimp w/ tofu.

I love tofu and would eat it more often if I won this tofu press. It would make preparation SO much easier!!
