I woke up early for a special cooking experiment. Any guesses what I made for breakfast today?

It seems like all my friends are getting sick right now. I like to be proactive whenever possible when sick season comes around, so soup seemed like a good idea. I decided to go with some Muir Glen Chicken Noodle.
I spruced it up with some fresh parsley from my garden and had some Great harvest toast on the side (with a dab of real butter)
Lunch #2 was a giant spinach salad with baby carrots, cherry tomatoes from the garden, sunflower seeds and a balsamic dressing.

Post work, it was time to teach zumba again. Since I subbed for my friend, I ended up teaching 3 days in a row this week! Phew am I tired!? I had some really spectacular classes this week, though, so I was loving all the ZUUUUUMBA! 
Hubby was in charge of dinner since I was teaching zumba tonight.
For our veg, hubby started with an appetizer of edamame.
For the main event, he made spaghetti with meat sauce.
Lovely, simple dinner.
Bailey’s been so loving since we got back.
Ok, so he’s always like this. He’s a lover, not a fighter.

Do you let your pet kiss you? I like it when Bailey kisses my cheeks or my chin but not so much on the lips. Ew. lol

Anything with coconut milk and coconut HAS to be good. Can’t wait!
Hmmm, well at first glance I Would have thought it was some kind of cinnamon roll, but is that papaya on top? That kind of throws me off.

Oh My Goodness. That LOOKS like a cinnamon roll…. but, coconut?? Hmm, I’ll definitely be back for this recipe because that just looks too yummy! And yes, we definitely get pet kisses around here… just not on the lips, lol.

You know what is funny…I told my family a card that said “I kiss my dog on the lips” would be a big seller and they thought I was crazy. See! Proof it is a good idea! haha
OH yes, we kiss our pups all the time (the real pups and the kid pups). But NOT on the lips…I can’t stand dog breath. Ha!
Clyde’s a sneak attack kisser. I agree, I try to keep him from my lips, but sometimes he just jumps up and gets me (if I’m at his level)!
I’m guessing it is some sort of french toast/bread pudding/ souffle kind of muffin thingie. Okay, I think that may be 3 or 4 guess into one.
