Hi,

I am looking for your tofu/edamame stir fry recipe and I can’t find it. Its either the one with the green tea noodles or regular noodles. I don’t see the recipe with the actual measurements though….when you get a chance, can you post it? Thanks!

Hey Marie,

Oh I didn’t post a recipe for that one. hehe. It’ s pretty much a variation on this recipe: http://thechiclife.com/2009/10/3-2-1-vegetarian-noodles.html but I left out some of the veg and added edamame to the boiling part. I added them so they boiled for 2 minutes with the noodles. I used about 1/4 cup.

I saw a recipe on your blog for almond butter. I can’t seem to find it. Can you repost it or tell me where to look? Thank you so much!!

Hi Ellen,

Homemade almond butter is as easy as putting some almonds (I like to use the already roasted but unsalted kind) in a food processor and letting it go for about 15 minutes. :)

Or possibly this post: http://thechiclife.com/2010/03/make-your-own-dark-chocolate-nut-butter.html

Or you may have read where I was working on a cinnamon-vanilla-almond-butter. I haven’t quite gotten the recipe right yet, so I haven’t posted one yet. :)

Hope this helps!

Hey! I love this website. I have been making your recipes and they are delicious. Can I have a cooking lesson? I want to become an executive chef when I grow up so cooking lessons would help me in that way.

Loved the roasted pear with Gorgonzola, candied pecans and balsamic reduction. I substituted a smoky blue for the Gorgonzola (subtle baconish flavor on the back end.)
Yum! Thanks for the great recipe.
