I’m passionate about making easy and delicious recipes for the everyday cook with a flair for healthy living. My recipes usually have at least one (if not more than one) component of simplicity: a short ingredient list, few steps, ready quickly, or just plain easy to make. I love eating seasonally and using local ingredients. I’m big on avoiding processed foods, trying to stay as close to whole foods, as possible. I also try to use ingredients that are easy to find, though I will utilize some of the more exotic ones when I’m feeling extra playful. I hope you enjoy checking out some of my recipes.
