Description
Acai bowls are an easy and healthful way to start your day with energy. You’ll get tons of vitamins and nutrients from the base bowl and all the delicious toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 frozen acai puree packet (I used a Sambazon Superfood Pack)
- 1/2 banana, plus another 1/2 banana sliced
- 2–4 tablespoons almond milk (or sub milk of choice)
Toppings
- a couple Strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Run puree packet under water for 5 seconds, break into pieces, and place in blender. Add 1/2 banana and 2 tablespoons of almond milk.
- Blend until smooth. Add additional almond milk, as needed to get the blender going, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Pour acai blend into a bowl and add toppings as desired. Enjoy!
