  • 1 individual unsweetened yogurt (I use So Delicious coconut milk yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup (or sub sweetener of choice)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut flakes
  • 13 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
  • 13 teaspoons goji berries
  • 12 teaspoons chia seeds


  1. If using a separate bowl, pour yogurt into a medium bowl. Stir maple syrup into yogurt until evenly distributed.
  2. Add granola, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, and chia seeds on top. Enjoy!
