Description
This easy Strawberry Protein Smoothie Recipe is high in protein and deliciousness factor. It’s vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free (as long as you use non-dairy milk, of course). It’s also super simple and only needs 4 ingredients making it an easy idea on your busy or stressful days when you want to be healthy but don’t have a lot of time or mental capacity to make something more complex.
Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Truvani strawberry protein powder (or sub your favorite protein powder)
- A couple drops of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In your blender cup/bowl, add your strawberries, milk of choice, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
- Cover your blender and blend until smooth, adding additional milk or water until the smoothie reaches your desired texture, if needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For liquids, I actually use a mix of 3/4 oat milk + 1/4 cup water because I don’t like it super milky. But tailor this to your preferences and experiment until you find what works best for you!
- Alternatively, you can add yogurt to make this smoothie recipe extra creamy.
- I recommend Truvani protein powder because I prefer to eat food as close to the source as possible, and I like the ingredient list on this particular protein powder. But feel free to sub your favorite protein powder. The strawberry protein powder makes the strawberry flavor extra strong, but in a good way. I think vanilla protein powder would taste good too.
