Make a dragon fruit bowl with magical looks with this Healthy Unicorn Smoothie Bowl Recipe. It’s made with plant-based colors and plenty of fruit!



Blue yogurt swirls

  • 1/2 teaspoon blue matcha powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 individual lemon yogurt (I used Siggi’s – or sub vegan yogurt)

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 pitaya purée packet
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • other 1/2 lemon yogurt
  • 24 tablespoons almond milk (or sub milk of choice)
  • 12 teaspoons honey (or sub agave or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings (optional – use as many or few as you’d like)

  • 1/4 cup Marshmallow cereal or granola
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • whipped cream
  • 1/21 teaspoon white chia seeds
  • sprinkles


Blue yogurt swirls

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together blue matcha powder and lemon juice. Pour half of the yogurt into your blender container. Whisk the blue matcha mixture into the remaining yogurt in the yogurt cup until smooth. Set aside.

Smoothie Bowl

  1. In your blender container, add pitaya, mango, ice, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth, adding additional almond milk if needed to get the mixture to blend (about 2-3 minutes). Taste test and add additional honey, if needed. Pour into a bowl.
  2. Pour yogurt mixture into the bowl in 3 different places. Use a toothpick to swirl.
  3. Add desired toppings. Enjoy!
