Here’s what I’ll be working on for the first week of my Small Changes Big Results (SCBR) 12 week action plan:

  1. Shop for a Healthy Pantry
  2. Walk 3 Times
  3. Practice a 5-minute breathing exercise daily

Ellie tells you to use the book as it bests fits for you, so I may tackle these a little differently than suggested, but this will still make for an interesting week. If the program sounds interesting, definitely check out the book. Ellie offers great tips, other good ideas to apply during each week, and lots of tasty yet healthy recipes.
