SCBR Week 10 Changes

Wow, I can’t believe that I’m almost through my Small Changes, Big Results program! It seems like I just started yesterday, but I guess I have been doing it for awhile and I have learned quite a bit through the process. Just a couple short weeks left…

Changes for Week 10:

  • Eat a serving of nuts, seeds, beans, or soy each day
  • Increase the intensity of your walking
  • Reconnect with a friend
