Back in the Swing of Things

I did end up going on that walk today.  I felt so much better for it.  We were only gone for about 30-35 minutes, but it was nice to get some fresh air and the Bails loves every walk he can get.  I'm so glad to finally be feeling better.  Mostly, I'm ready to tackle more of the to-dos that I really (really!) need to do.

Today's lunch helped me out with my resolutions since I ate last night's leftovers, plus a BIG glass of water.  I'm constantly trying to get my 8 glasses, but it's harder (for me) to get them all when you're at an office.  Usually, I'm so cold in the office, I don't want to drink anything unless it's hot.  Sometimes, the client sites I visit don't even give their employees water.  As if!

Since I am home today, I can enjoy as much tea as I'd like…nice and hot!  I had one of those Cold Season samplersYogi Tea Echinacea Immune Support.  I'm feeling better, but it is that time of the year and I could probably use all the help I can get.

Btw, I'm loving the little tea tags on these guys.  This one says, "Your intuition is your best friend."

Oh, and I meant to tell you this weekend…Mr. Chic and I completed our registry (we got married back in May).  Wait till you see all the goodies we got!  Of course, this adds another to-do to my already huge list, but here's some stuff I'd like to get done this week:

  • Pack up old plateware/flatware
  • Clean and put up new plateware/flatware
  • Pack up vintage plateware (that doesn't fit in too-small apartment)
  • Put up Christmas tree & decorations (completed tonight…yay!)
  • Complete and mail-off thank you cards (yes…from the wedding…I know…we're so late!  eek!)
  • Work on 2009 Declutter Calendar tasks

I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but there's definitely plenty to start on here, so off I go!
