SCBR – Week 4 Changes

I am going to have to work on working on my SCBR changes earlier in the week. Weeknights seem to be spent focusing on dinner, exercise, and blogging my day and I keep forgetting to work on the “Feeling Good” part. Doh!

I have not yet completed the “Feeling Good” party for Week 3.

Here’s Week 4 Changes:

  1. Drink enough water and cut back on sugary drinks
  2. Add strengthening moves to your walking routine
  3. Create a bedtime ritual for better sleep

#1 should be a piece of cake…I cut out these a long time ago (will have to do a post on that). #2 is fine, but I think a lot of my workouts have been more strengthening than a traditional walk – I’m interested to see Ellie’s suggestions either way. I’m really looking forward to #3 – I need all the help I can get in this area!

  1. Hi there. 🙂 Sounds like you have a few wonderfully achievable goals planned for yourself this week. I wish you the best of luck, especially in the sleeping dept. I never have a problem sleeping, lol. I think the kids wear me out sufficiently…hehehe.
