I have a lot of posting to make up, so I’ll make this quick.
Changes for Week 8:
- Go for whole grains and limit refined grains
- Sign up for a fitness class
- Explore journaling (optional)
I usually opt for whole grains thanks to my father’s teachings. I also already do a fitness class with zumba, but I am trying a new type of class tomorrow night (hopefully…if I don’t get stuck at work late). I feel like the blog is my journal sometimes, but we’ll see…I’ve actually been cheating and not writing my food journal items down in my actual, physical journal, but at least I’m documenting them here, right?!
