It may seem slightly odd to enter this for the Weekly Food Challenge (Chia Seeds) since it really didn’t take much effort, but the main point of the challenge is to incorporate the challenge ingredient into your week’s diet, so effort doesn’t matter. It just matters that you eat it! Simple as that! 🙂
Tonight for dessert, I had a mini bowl of cereal for dessert – Nature’s Path Organic Flax Plus Multibran.
As a healthy addition, I added a sprinkling of white chia seeds to the top.
I also added a drizzle of honey and a pinch of sliced almonds.
