  1. An Energy Booster Juice would be perfect on this rainy day. And the combination in the Tropical Green Smoothie is very intriguing. I’ve survived spinach and kale in green juices, now I’m curious how parsley would taste.

For me, when I’m down with a cold or flu, it’s warm water + lemon juice in the morning, and juices and tea throughout the day. The best tea I’ve tried is made with fresh sage, mint and rosemary, lots of lemon juice, no sweetener. And for a double dose of vitamin C I love my blender-made pineapple-minneola-lemon-mint juice. When appetite is back I go for my favourite Middle Eastern creamy lentil soup with lemon and croutons. It almost sounds like being sick is a great excuse to enjoy awesome food:)
