SCBR Week 11 Changes

Wow! I can’t believe I’m on week 11 of Small Changes, Big Results (SCBR) already! It feels like I started just yesterday. I’m a little sad about not doing the food journal any more, but I’m kind of looking forward to a break from it, as well – those things take a lot of work to post all the time! I’m considering doing a once a week food journal post, but we’ll see. For now, I have 2 solid weeks of food journaling left.

Changes for Week 11:

  • Switch to lean meats
  • Increase the activity in your everyday life
  • Do something to pamper your body (optional)
