Important Details to Know Before You Start
When it comes to how to manifest someone to text you, there are some important things to know before you start.
The Universe doesn’t give you what you want. It gives you what you already embody. The Universe will give you whatever you’re already aligned to energetically.
When you *want* something, it can create the energy of lack. Why? Because you only want things you don’t have. If you focus on wanting a text from someone, you’re aligned to NOT having it. Therefore the Universe says, “They’re aligned to not having the text, so there will be no text at this time”. Or something like that.
You want to shift *out* of wanting/lack and *into* having it already.

But I thought I’d start simple for this how-to and speak to steps that are specific to manifesting a text from someone.
Before You Start Manifesting a Text from Someone (Prep Work)
Make sure you only do the two steps below when you’re feeling good. If you’re already tired after school or work / stressed about something, wait until you feel better. Your energy is really important and doing this when you’re not feeling good can push your manifestation away.
Your prep work is to get into positive energy and a good headspace before jumping into the two steps. Trust me, this can make or break your manifestation.
Now that you’re feeling good, let’s talk about your two steps…
Step #1: Embody the Feeling
First, you want to get into the energy of already having the text. An easy way to do this is to embody the feeling of having received it by imaging what you’d feel if you already got your text.
Here’s how you can embody the feeling:
- Imagine you just received the text.
- How do you feel? Excited? Happy? Surprised?
- Get into kid-version you and make believe and really feel what it’s like to receive the text.
- Let yourself lean into this feeling and experience it fully.
- Do you let out a sigh of relief? Are you filled with butterflies? What do you feel?
- Let yourself play, have fun, and really enjoy this – the better you feel, the better this will work.

Step #2: Imagine Seeing the Text
This is optional but can be a fun way to further step into your magnetic energy / have fun with your manifestation.
It can help you align to the energy of having the text by imagining you’re seeing it.
Here’s how to imagine seeing the text:
- Imagine your phone buzzing/vibrating/etc.
- You look down and see the text you’ve been wanting to see.
- You open your phone and read it.
- What would the text say?
- You can get creative here and pretend like you know what it would say.
- Imagine yourself reading your desired text and feeling so happy/excited/warm/high vibe/etc. as you’re reading exactly what you wanted it to say.
- Use this to repeat Step #1 by embodying the feeling and experiencing this moment as though your text is here NOW!
Let yourself daydream. Imagine what that would be like. As you start to embody that energy, the Universe will bring it to you.
Once you’re done, remember to release, surrender, and let go now. Let the Universe work its magic.

What To Do If You’re Having Trouble With These Steps
If you have any doubt or negative / low vibe feelings while you try this, stop immediately.
Remember from the Prep Work above, only do these steps when you’re in a good mood / feeling good.
Doing this while you’re experiencing negative thoughts or energy will push your manifestation away, which we don’t want.
If you started in good energy, but then as you were going through the steps, you started feeling negativity, doubt, or limiting thoughts creep up, stop.
Do something to shift your energy, like one of these 14 ways to raise your vibe. Or, sleep on it and try again tomorrow.
If you’re having trouble releasing negative thoughts / worries and you can’t stop thinking about it, try this affirmation: I choose to release these thoughts now.
And then do something to take your mind off of this and onto more enjoyable things like the 14 suggestions linked above.
