How I Discovered These Amazing New Artists

Earlier this year, I was reading Gabby Bernstein’s The Universe Has Your Back (amazing book for any manifestation lovers or anyone going through a tough time), and she recommended a song to play during one of the meditations. This is from Chapter 9 “Oneness Sets You Free”. The song is: “I Am Thine” by Jai-Jagdeesh. It reminded me of something I might hear in one of my favorite yoga or meditation classes.

As I listened, I felt more relaxed and like my vibe was indeed rising up and up. I loved it and let Spotify do that thing where it auto-plays similar songs. From there, I found MANY more songs with a similar sound that I was really digging. As I continued listening, I began collecting my favorites into a Spotify playlist, which I’ve shared at the end of this post.

High Frequency Music I Play Every Morning to Raise My Vibration

Here is the high frequency music that I currently have on MAJOR repeat. I consider these “spiritual” songs but I know that word has many meanings. I’ve also heard some of these songs referenced as “New Age”. Whatever they are, they sure help me raise my frequency, and I hope they’ll help you too!

(in no particular order)

#1 “I Am Thine” by Jai-Jagdeesh

This is the song Gabby recommended for a Kundalini meditation to close a judgement clearing process she shares in her book. I love how the first part starts out slow and the second picks up.

According to Gabby, some of the key words have important meanings as follows:

“Humee Hum tunes us in to our own consciousness. Tumee Tum accepts that we are one with the other person’ s consciousness. Wahe Guru means that we are both connected to the Universe. Then we chant, ‘I am thine, in mine’ to project our consciousness of our personal self to the infinite self. Then the world confirms that we are one with the Universe. Finally we celebrate this universal connection with Wahe Guru.”

~Gabby Bernstein, from The Universe Has Your Back

Beautiful, right?

#2 “Ritual Mystical (feat. East Forest)” by MC YOGI, East Forest

This is a classical meets ever-so-slightly-techno sounding, non-lyric song. It’s a really nice background song for journaling or general enjoyment.

#3 “From the Ground Up” by Ayla Nereo

Beautiful melody and powerful drumming moments.

#4 “Hallelujah” by Jai-Jagdeesh

This is a beautiful take on the classic “Hallelujah” song, which is one of my all time faves. I love hearing how different artists interpret this one.

#5 “Breathe It In” by Beautiful Chorus

This is a music-oriented mantra. The song guides you: “Breathe it in. Breathe it out. Let it go.” Almost meditative. A very cool way to focus on your breathing and releasing (your breath and anything not currently serving you) for almost 2 minutes.

#6 “Inspiration Drive” by DJ Taz Rashid

A somehow chill and vibey techno-ish song that helps remind me to take a breath (or a few).

#7 “Servant of Peace” by Snatam Kaur

A flowing song that has some cool piano sections and peace-based lyrics to help uplift you.

#8 “Oeaho” by Alexia Chellun

This soothing song has almost a folk song feel to it. A very smooth listen.

#9 “Expand Into Intuitive Knowledge (Ek Ong Kar Sat Gur Prasad)” by Jai-Jagdeesh

This is an easy-to-listen-to song with a gentle, flowing tune. A sweetly repeating melody to love.

#10″Jai Sita Ram” by MC YOGI

An uplifting song with a fun beat to make you smile. I read on an online forum that the phrase “Jai Sita Ram” is recited for inner peace and thought by others to invoke happiness. If anyone has anything they’d like to add to this, I’d love to hear from you in the comments!

#11 “Gentle With Myself” by Karen Drucker

This is a good one for my fellow Type A perfectionists. You know how we’re always so hard on ourselves? This song reminds you to be gentle with yourself.
