Time really does fly when you’re having fun. The weekend seemed to flash by in an instant, and then we were sitting down together for one more delicious Reynolds Mansion brunch before hitting the road for home.
Best team ever!
This morning’s breakfast began with a fruit plate with watermelon, grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, melon, strawberries, and pineapple.
When I saw the second round plates being served around the table, I knew we were in for a treat. I remembered that bacon from a previous trip. It’s their maple cayenne bacon. Mmm!
Of course, not only is the bacon delicious. I loved the whole plate.
Okay, all the plates, since the blueberry pancakes were served separately.
Over breakfast, Billy told us stories about the Reynolds Mansion ghosts. Paola was so glad she heard these stories on her way home.
Have I mentioned I have a very interesting photo with a potential other-worldly guest in it from a previous trip? I need to share that one with you guys!

And we got to meet the mansion English bulldogs, Rhett and Scarlett.
Goodbye, Reynolds Mansion.
Hopefully we can all get together to return soon!
