How to Have a Consistent Law of Attraction Practice to Manifest with Ease

Let’s talk about how you can have a consistent Law of Attraction practice so that you can manifest with ease.

I get a lot of questions about manifestation and consistency.

Questions like:

〰️ How can I be more consistent with my manifestation?

〰️ What happens if I’m not consistent with my manifestation?

Etc.

Interestingly enough…

These types of questions confuse me a bit.

Because you really don’t need to be consistent with your manifestation. There are things that are great to be consistent with (which I’ll get into), but your manifestation isn’t necessarily one of them.

Manifestation and Consistency (And Accidentally Blocking Yourself)

In fact, if you are:

✦ consistently thinking about your manifestation

✦ consistently doing manifestation techniques to manifest something (the more effort you put into it, the more likely and more quickly it will come, right? Hint: Not always!)

✦ consistently wondering/worrying/obsessing over your manifestation

…then you’re more likely blocking it than attracting it.

As we learned from Abraham Hicks when I saw them live in February 2020: you can’t force a manifestation. When you’re asserting, you’re manipulating.

“Don’t assert. Attract.”

So what should you be consistent with when it comes to having a consistent Law of Attraction practice?

Where to Be Consistent to Manifest with Ease (And Why This Is SO Important)

In my Mindset and Manifestation coaching program there are THREE pillars:

  • Manifestation
  • Mindset
  • High Vibes / Energy

So here’s the key: Putting effort into being consistent with working on your mindset and high vibes will have you manifesting FAST!

Why?

Because your mindset and energy are oftentimes the things that block your manifestation.

We know this because manifestation happens FAST when you have no resistance to the thing you desire. Note: Divine Timing can be involved, but that’s a topic for another day.

But what causes that resistance?

From working with clients, having countless communications, ruthlessly researching, and learning from the best in the business, it almost always comes down to two things:

⚡️Mindset (not believing you’re worthy of your desire, lack of self love, limiting beliefs, and more)

⚡️High Vibes / Energy (not being a vibrational match for your desire)

For example, you can do EVERY single manifestation technique out there to manifest love, but if you believe you’re unworthy of love and if you’re not in the frequency of love, well…I’m not going to say it’s impossible, but it’s WAY harder!

Remember: you attract into your life what you ARE not what you want. ❤️

So, if you want to put consistent effort into something, put effort into your mindset work and vibe raising activities. Because when you get those in sync with your desires, phew! Your desires are going to flow right to you with ease!

I’ve experienced the difference personally, and I’ve seen it play out with my clients as well.

This is totally available to you too. Yes, you can do it!

How to Have a Consistent Law of Attraction Practice

Your ideal Law of Attraction practice will be personal to you. My 1:1 coaching and other programs are designed to help you have a consistent Law of Attraction practice that actually works. I love working on this 1:1 so we can create habits, routines, and beyond that work for you and your lifestyle. Yes, we talk about manifestation, but we spend quite a bit of focus on mindset work and understanding + raising your vibe because that’s where the magic happens.

If you’d like to work on this on your own, here’s what I recommend as a starting point:

Yes, that’s it.

Wondering why the list isn’t longer?

Because it doesn’t need to be. We don’t do busy work here at The Chic Life. If I wanted to do that, I’d be back at my corporate job.

Can you do more?

Yes, of course! Feel free to do anything that FEELS GOOD.

Read spiritual books, do things that bring your joy, enjoy your day!

And manifestation techniques? You don’t actually *need* to do these every day. In fact, you should only do those when you’re feeling good. If you’re having a bad day, and you try creating a vision board when you’re already feeling sad, frustrated, or another negative emotion, you can infuse that negativity into your board, which we do not want.

It would be better for you to take a break from manifesting, do things that help you process whatever’s going on and come back to a feeling good state. And THEN tap into the power of the Universe.

Sure, you could start out with a bad day and turn things around. But I’ve found that pressuring myself to “snap out of it” (a bad mood, etc.) is less helpful than letting myself intuitively feel out what I need on my own time.

Summary on Law of Attraction and Being Consistent

The best way to have a consistent Law of Attraction practice is by having a daily practice for:

  • Fostering a Positive Mindset
  • Understanding Your Energy and Raising Your Vibes

Only do manifestation techniques when it feels good. It’s not necessary to repeat manifestation techniques for the same desire unless they’re helping you become an energetic match.

Sometimes consistently doing manifestation techniques for the same desire can create resistance, which can slow down or block your manifestation.

By working on your mindset and high vibe energy you’ll remove resistance, which will help your manifestation flow to you with ease.
